Explosive Allegations Before SIT: Satish Salian Alleges Larger Conspiracy in Ashok Kharat and Disha Salian Cases; Claims Attempt to Shield Accused by State Women’s Commission Chief Rupali Chakankar and Uddhav Thackeray

It is alleged that in the Disha Salian case, Rupali Chakankar misused her position in the State Women’s Commission to exert undue pressure on witnesses and complainants, and that material evidence of a conspiracy to register fabricated FIR against Narayan Rane has been submitted before the SIT.

Fresh evidence has also emerged in the Sushant Singh Rajput case, with a link to Rohan Rai — raising questions whether Rohan Rai, Uddhav Thackeray, and two senior police officers could be co-accused.

While an FIR was promptly registered against Rane over an alleged “defamatory post,” no FIR has been filed for over 12 months in connection with serious allegations of gang rape and murder against Aditya Thackeray — highlighting alleged bias by the Malvani Police.

Questions have been raised over a possible quid pro quo, as Rupali Chakankar’s son reportedly received a film opportunity within weeks of a Women’s Commission order.

Further concerns arise from Chakankar’s appointment as Chairperson by Uddhav Thackeray and special approvals granted to accused Ashok Kharat — including a 45 km pipeline and 39 lakh litres of water — suggesting a possible nexus.

Allegations also point to misuse of government machinery and official position to shield accused in serious crimes — a grave offence under IPC Section 409, punishable with life imprisonment.

There are demands for narco tests of the accused and attachment of their properties.

“Big explosive revelations soon,” said Satish Salian’s lawyer, Advocate Ishwarlal Agarwal, indicating a major exposé in an upcoming press conference, with potentially shocking evidence expected to surface.

Mumbai: Explosive claims made before the SIT by Advocate Ishwarlal Agarwal, counsel for Satish Salian, have triggered major political and investigative tremors in the state. It has been alleged, with supporting evidence, that in the Disha Salian case as well, the State Women’s Commission was openly misused to exert pressure on witnesses and complainants.

The complaint states that state machinery was used to shield accused Ashok Kharat, who is alleged to have committed sexual and mental abuse against multiple women. It further alleges that the office of the Women’s Commission was used to intimidate complainants and witnesses and to suppress the case.

Conspiracy Within the Women’s Commission? Serious Allegations Against Rupali Chakankar

Shocking allegations have surfaced that a conspiracy was orchestrated from within the State Women’s Commission itself. Serious charges, backed by documentary evidence, have been levelled against then Chairperson Rupali Chakankar. It is alleged that government machinery was used to protect the accused in serious offences involving multiple victims.

According to the complaint, the position of the Women’s Commission was misused to threaten complainants and witnesses in grave offences such as rape, suppress evidence, and shield the accused — forming part of a larger, pre-planned criminal conspiracy.

Women’s Commission or a ‘Protection Mechanism’ for the Accused?

It has also been alleged that such misuse was not limited to a single case but extended across multiple cases to protect accused individuals in crimes against women.

Salian Couple Summoned Urgently — Rohan Rai’s Role Under Scrutiny-

The complaint states that Satish Salian and his wife, Vasanti Salian, were urgently called to the Commission’s office through then Mayor Kishori Pednekar, allegedly at the instance of Aditya Thackeray.

Rohan Rai was reportedly responsible for bringing them to the Bandra office, and is said to have been in regular contact with individuals close to Aditya Thackeray.

Planning Inside the Office — Who to Protect, Who to Silence?

Upon arrival, Rupali Chakankar was present along with certain police officers in civil dress. It is alleged that discussions were held on how to protect Aditya Thackeray and what orders should be passed to silence Narayan Rane and Nitesh Rane.

It is further alleged that some lawyers associated with Aditya Thackeray were also present, giving direct instructions on how the complaint and orders should be drafted.

Orders Over Phone, Pre-Drafted FIR — Justice or ‘Scripted’ Action?

As per the allegations, acting on instructions allegedly received from Uddhav Thackeray, a complaint was drafted by a writer in the Commission’s office and signatures of the Salian couple were obtained. Thereafter, a pre-prepared order was signed and an FIR was registered accordingly.

Notably, the FIR was registered without the Salian couple even visiting the police station — raising serious questions about the legality of the entire process.

🚨 FIR in 48 Hours — But ‘Selective’ Justice?

Following the Women’s Commission’s directive to submit a report within 48 hours, Mumbai Police promptly registered a case against Narayan Rane and Nitesh Rane under IPC Section 506 and Section 67 of the IT Act.

However, a key question arises — Despite a formal complaint alleging serious offences such as gang rape and murder against Aditya Thackeray, no FIR has been registered for over a year.

⚖️ Allegations of Bias Against Malvani Police
On one hand, an FIR is filed immediately over a “defamatory post,” while on the other, silence persists in serious criminal allegations — raising serious concerns about bias in the conduct of the Malvani Police.

🔥 Justice or Political Protection? – These explosive allegations have cast serious doubts on the role of the Women’s Commission, the police machinery, and the overall state administration. All eyes are now on what further revelations may emerge.

Women’s Commission Order or a ‘Deal’? — Evidence of Quid Pro Quo
In a startling development, within weeks of the order dated 27.02.2022 against Narayan Rane, Rupali Chakankar’s son reportedly received a lead role in a film on 12 April 2022.

This sequence has raised suspicions of corruption and serious questions about the impartiality of decision-making.

Film Industry Connection — Indications of a Larger Network
It has been claimed that in the Sushant Singh Rajput and Disha Salian cases, evidence of suspicious activities involving Rhea Chakraborty, Aditya Thackeray, and several individuals from the film industry has surfaced before investigative agencies.

👉 In this context, the film opportunity given to Chakankar’s son is being alleged not as a coincidence, but as part of a larger network.
