With this far-reaching objective, an independent, non-partisan and nationwide people’s movement, ‘RAJDHARMA – RASHTRODAY’ (Rise of a New India), has been launched to undertake comprehensive national reconstruction and build a just, prosperous, powerful and humanitarian global India.

Ojha and International Convenor Shri Ashutosh Pathak have appealed to patriotic citizens, intellectuals, experts from diverse fields, youth, women, social activists, human rights defenders and public-spirited organisations across India and abroad to actively participate in this historic nation-building initiative.
### Not a Struggle for Political Power or Political Ambition, but a Mission for Complete Systemic Transformation and National Reconstruction!
‘Rajdharma – Rashtroday’ has not been established to support or oppose any political party or to acquire political power.
Its principal objective is to bring together public participation, knowledge, experience and professional expertise to establish a just, transparent, accountable and welfare-oriented system based on the values enshrined in the Constitution of India.
The fundamental principle of ‘Rajdharma’ is that power is not a privilege but a responsibility to serve the people; authority is not an instrument of domination but a means of protecting justice; and governance must be conducted in accordance with the Constitution, public duty and national interest rather than personal or political considerations.
The movement will not be confined to any particular organisation, individual, religion, caste, community or political ideology.
It is committed to involving every citizen who believes in constitutional values, justice, national unity, social harmony and human welfare in this historic process of national reconstruction.
### National Guidance Camp in Mumbai on October 24; Beginning of a Concrete Roadmap for Building a New India!
A Special National Guidance Camp and Core Members’ Conference will be held in Mumbai on October 24, 2026, to determine the future direction, organisational structure, national priorities and action plan of this nationwide movement.
The conference will involve extensive deliberations on the challenges confronting the country, strengthening constitutional institutions, judicial reforms, administrative transparency, national security, education, healthcare, economic development, social justice and the fundamental rights of citizens.
Representatives of several organisations working in law, education, healthcare, journalism, human rights and social welfare are participating in this initiative, including Rashtriya Sanvidhan Raksha Samiti (National Constitution Protection Committee), Supreme Court & High Court Litigants Association, JNG Lawyers Association, Indian Bar Association, Indian Junior Advocates & Law Students Association, Human Rights Security Council, Human Rights Activists Association, Rajdharma Press Reporters, Media & Journalists Association, Universal Health Organization and Awaken India Movement, along with several other public-interest organisations.
Importantly, ‘Rajdharma – Rashtroday’ is a completely independent national movement and is not an extension, subsidiary or affiliated wing of any participating organisation.
All participating organisations will retain their independent identities, autonomy and respective spheres of activity while voluntarily cooperating towards the common objectives of national reconstruction.

One of the most significant features of this movement is its effort to bring together experienced, distinguished and nationally committed individuals from diverse fields on a common platform.
The proposed participation includes former Major Generals and other senior officers of the Indian Armed Forces, former training officers associated with the Research and Analysis Wing (RAW), a former Defence Secretary, former Directors General of Police, senior IPS and administrative officers, advocates, legal experts, university professors, scientists, academicians, economists, internationally renowned business leaders, doctors, journalists, human rights activists, representatives of social organisations, women leaders, youth and ordinary citizens.
The message of this initiative is clear—shaping India’s future is not the responsibility of governments or political leadership alone. Genuine nation-building can be achieved only through the collective wisdom, experience, knowledge, integrity, expertise and active participation of an informed citizenry.
### Beyond Discussion and Criticism: A National Blueprint for Practical Solutions and Effective Implementation!
The objective of ‘Rajdharma – Rashtroday’ is not merely to identify the country’s problems or criticise shortcomings in existing systems.
Its principal mission is to identify practical, scientific, constitutionally sound and implementable solutions and develop a concrete national action plan for their implementation.
For this purpose, specialised expert working groups are proposed in areas including judicial and administrative reforms, corruption-free and accountable governance, quality education, affordable healthcare, employment generation, economic self-reliance, national security, scientific research, women’s safety, protection of human rights, social harmony, environmental conservation and youth leadership development.
Special emphasis will be placed on strengthening democratic institutions, ensuring timely justice, protecting citizens against abuse of authority and reinforcing the accountability of public officials to the Constitution and the people.
The movement’s ultimate objective is not merely to make India an economic or military superpower, but to build a nation that serves as a global example in justice, ethics, constitutional governance, knowledge, science and humanitarian values.
### Not Merely the Protection of Constitutional Rights, but the Development of Responsible, Character-Driven Citizens Dedicated to National Welfare!
One of the most important objectives of ‘Rajdharma – Rashtroday’ is to ensure the complete and effective protection of every citizen’s fundamental rights by governmental institutions, to secure the highest priority for human welfare, human dignity and public interest in every governmental decision, and simultaneously to create awareness among citizens regarding their constitutional, social and national duties.
The movement seeks to develop citizens who do not merely demand rights but also faithfully discharge their responsibilities; who do not think only of personal advancement but actively contribute to the progress of society and the nation; and who, whenever circumstances demand, are willing to place national and social welfare above personal interests and individual gains.
The development of citizens possessing strong moral character, integrity, discipline, a sense of duty, social responsibility and dedication to the nation will therefore constitute a central objective of this movement.
To achieve this, special emphasis will be placed on incorporating constitutional values, ethical conduct, honesty, social responsibility, discipline, public service, national unity, humanitarian principles and the spirit of selflessness into education.
The movement envisages broad-based initiatives in value-oriented education, public awareness and personality development to cultivate sound character, rational thinking, civic responsibility and national commitment among children from an early age.
Its position is clear—great nations cannot be built merely by enacting good laws or changing systems of government. They require responsible leaders, honest administration and, above all, citizens of strong moral character who are conscientious, compassionate and committed to the welfare of the nation.

The movement seeks to build a New India by integrating the wisdom of Indian civilisation with modern science, technology, democratic institutions and universal humanitarian values.
Its vision is to create a nation in which every citizen enjoys the right to live with dignity, security, equal opportunity and access to justice, while India assumes a leading role in promoting global peace, international cooperation, environmental protection and the welfare of humanity.
The movement believes that India’s true rise cannot be achieved without establishing Rajdharma in governance, a sense of duty in society, national consciousness among citizens, and justice and accountability throughout public institutions.
